How it works
CO2 laser at 10600nm ablates water-containing tissue with high precision. In fractional mode, microscopic ablation columns leave surrounding tissue intact for rapid healing. Ultrapulse mode delivers high-energy pulses shorter than the thermal relaxation time, minimising collateral damage. Dermal heating stimulates neocollagenesis for 3-6 months.
