How it works
IPL delivers filtered broadband light 530-1200nm absorbed by melanin and hemoglobin in the superficial dermis, reducing pigmented lesions and telangiectasias. CO2 fractional laser resurfacing ablates microscopic columns of tissue, stimulating neocollagenesis over 3-6 months.
Recommended platforms
Pmise MF-05 E-Light (IPL + RF)
530nm cutoff filter treats pigmentation, vascular lesions and photorejuvenation. Integrated bipolar RF adds dermal heating for collagen stimulation.
Pmise CF-01 CO2 Fractional Laser
For advanced photoaging and deep wrinkles. Ultrapulse mode with minimal thermal damage; fractional mode creates microscopic treatment zones. Pulse energy 2-200mJ.
